THE FARM
IACOVELLI GIUSEPPE’s farm is a family farm conduction mainly based on olive oil trees at the boundary of Bitetto, Bitritto, Sannicandro and 20 miles from the city of Bari.
It counts 2600 olive oil trees with two mainly typical varieties called “Coratina” and “Ogliarola”.
The picking of these olives takes place with mechanical means but having care to choose ripe olives in order to get the best quality of extra virgin olive oil.
Even though there is no Biological certification, we have always the principle concern to follow a certain procedure of cultivation in order to get at the same time nothing but the best quality of extra virgin olive oil for our health and for the commerce.
With a lot of sun, water and not deep ground, you can get a sweat and great product not only written on the label but especially in the bottles or in the tins, you buy.
Our customers are those who like to use extra virgin olive oil made from Italian olives and that preserves its organic properties all year around!
